Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
We schedule fittings and showroom visits by appointment so we can dedicate our full attention to you. Fill in the appointment form or reach us on WhatsApp.
How far in advance should I choose my gown?
For made-to-measure gowns and fittings we recommend starting 4–8 months before your wedding. In-stock designs require less time.
Do you offer made-to-measure and alterations?
Yes. Every design can be tailored to your measurements in our atelier, and we handle all adjustments during fittings.
Is online payment secure?
Payments are processed with 3D Secure through PayTR, a licensed payment institution. Your card details are never stored on our site.
