• Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
• Made-to-measure, altered or personalised items cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Email info@luviavera.com with your order number.
2. Ship the item using the return code we provide.
3. After inspection, the refund is issued to your card within 14 days.
