1. Parties

SELLER

BUYER: The natural or legal person who places and confirms the order.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER via https://luviavera.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products, Price and Payment

Product type, quantity, size, VAT-inclusive price and shipping fee are shown in the order summary and the confirmation email. Payments are taken by card with 3D Secure through PayTR. Card details are never stored by the SELLER.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the BUYER. In-stock products are delivered within 30 days at the latest; delivery times for made-to-measure products are stated on the product page and order summary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Notices of withdrawal must be sent in writing to info@luviavera.com. Products must be unused, with tags attached and in resaleable condition.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the BUYER's specifications or clearly personalised (made-to-measure, altered or customised items).

7. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original card within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually.
